It had a great pool area, plenty big for the number of people using it, but I did imagine from the pictures that the pool would be even bigger. The location was convenient and felt safe. Parking was no problem. There was beach gear and a nice little travel set of soap, plus laundry and dishwashing pods. My kids slept well on the hide a bed and the bedroom had a nice TV in it, in addition to the living area TV. We could here upstairs neighbors walking in their unit, their laundry, music etc. Unit is also close to the road so you can here some louder vehicles driving by. If sound doesn’t bother you then this wouldn’t be an issue but we were woken up by the sound of loud footsteps from the upstairs unit while we were sleeping.
