Welcome to Kamaole Sands 8-204\. This beautifully updated 2nd floor condo is the perfect place to make your Maui memories. This condo is fully equipped to accommodate 4 guests. There is split AC in both the living room and the bedroom, & ceiling fans throughout. Enjoy your garden and Haleakala view lanai. Kamaole Sands is located in the heart of S. Kihei where some of the best beaches, dining, & shopping is located. Cross the street for Kamaole III Beach park, a local & tourist favorite.

Primary Bathroom: Custom walk-in shower, single sink vanity, and upgraded cabinetry.

🦎🐓PEST CONTROL AND ROOSTERS: Due to Maui’s rural location, you may encounter roosters or harmless geckos — they’re friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck. Please don’t harm them. The HOA performs regular pest control, but insects and lizards are part of island life. Our units are meticulously cleaned and inspected. If you notice excess pest activity, we’ll coordinate with the HOA to help.
