The check-in process and process for getting a parking pass were both very straightforward. The condo was lovely and spacious, and fully equipped with everything I needed.My one problem was that when I went to take a shower my first night, the shower seemed dirty and there was hair from (I assume) the previous guest covering the tiles, so it looked like the cleaners forgot to clean the shower. I had contacted the owner about it per the condo's instructions but never received a response. Because of this I just opted to clean it myself. Aside from the shower, the rest of the condo was very clean.A quick note (this did not affect my review): the listing mentions air conditioning but I did not see any air conditioning units in the condo. There are several ceiling fans throughout, and a portable fan in the bedroom. With the windows open for a nice cross-breeze I did not have any problems with the lack of air conditioning, but if you tend to overheat this may be something to consider.Overall I had a very nice stay and would come back again! ##### Kenny D. It gave me a quiet retreat where I had all the luxuries of home and could still walk along the adjacent beach or pick up coffee in a local store. We appreciate Kihei Kai Nani for the easy beach access and central position for getting to the other beaches up and down the coast. The complex is older, meaning the landscaping is traditional and mature. Pool is great. Management is very professional. Parking is free here. The unit meets our expectations, lots of cookware, up to date TV's and internet. The owners kept in touch with us with the few questions asked by us. Great location, comfortable and cozy, friendly neighbours and a perfect spot to relax. The owners were a delight to rent from. 1 small issue was dealt with right away and the owners stayed in contact to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. Communicating before arrival was speedy and easy. Everything was as it should be, appliances were good - loved having washer and dryer was a great asset. Re: snorkeling, beach and reefs across the street was pretty stirred up from southern swell, but going south to the Ahihi Kina’u Natural Area Preserve was great. ##### Jim M. I loved that the beach was walking distance from the condo and that beach towels, chairs and umbrella were privided. The place was clean and well equipped for us to cook meals and do laundry. I would reccommend the Host to make sure there is enough toilet paper, bath soap and shampoo for guest to use. The number 8 is missing on the buildung so it was hard to locate. Also please let future guest know which unit they should enter upon arrival.
