It was very quiet, with only the sound of roosters crowing sometimes. The air conditioning was excellent, which was very important to us, especially since we were traveling with a baby. We loved the spacious balcony where we had all our meals, the well-equipped kitchen, and the comfortable bedroom. The location is close to everything yet tucked away from large tourist hubs and noise. Every evening at sunset, we would go watch the turtles return to the shore on the beach right across from the apartment. The self check-in instructions were very clear, making it easy to access the property at any time of day. It’s also very convenient to find your way there at night if your flight arrives late. That means when you come home hot and tired from the day, the unit is cool. And the air conditioning which we didn't always use, worked great! The host was hospitable and responsive throughout the process. The central location of the property is perfect for facilitating easy travel to the west and east side of Maui. The apt was clean, spacious and centrally located on the island for all of our daily excursions. You can walk right across the street to the beach and catch the sunset! Kraken Coffee is a truck just down the street with incredible coffee before you start your day and Nalu restaurant is also close by with delicious and affordable Hawaiian food.
