The kitchen has everything you'd need. Parking is right in front. Having access to beach chairs and boogie boards was much appreciated. But there are a few problems - the apartment gets pretty hot at night, there is a tiny air conditioner which can't keep up. The mattress has a funky smell which can be off putting. It was close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The check-in process was a little bit of a scramble but it all worked out. It was confusing trying to determine who to call for what as the resort has an office and support services, a timeshare tenants' group and the VRBO staff. The condo floors needed a good washing and we were finding hair from the last visitor. It appeared that the cleaners just did a perimeter cleaning as there was dust and sand under tables and chairs. The biggest issue was the noise, from the bedroom we could hear the neighbours conversations or snoring as you had to keep the windows open at night. Noise carries up from the parking lot, with early and late arrivals we were often woken up past midnight. Get snorkelling right across the street. ##### Deborah R.
