Oct 27, 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Beautiful condo The condo is very nice with tile floors to make it easy to clean if sand gets in. Air conditioners in both the main living room and the bedroom kept the temperature comfortable the entire time. Location is close to very nice beaches and walking or short drive to many shopping and eating establishments. Must try the cinnamon roll place just down the road! Quick walk to a wonderful swimming pool and beach directly across the street. Only downside was the lack of commonly used items such as broom/dustpan, storage containers of any kind, and nice beach towels. The beach chairs provided were older and had broken straps which made them difficult to use. These are both very minor issues and overall did not impact the quality of our trip. If your goal is to rest and relax while in Maui, this unit is perfect for you. Looking for night life, there are many bars and restaurants within walking distance, and the price of the unit was very reasonable for both its quality and location. The air conditioner was very effective. Condo was very quiet; we are both little sleeper and we did not have any issue sleeping. We made good use of the beach chairs and beach umbrella that were provided.The management team gave us all the needed information well in advance which made it very low stress about checking in. The location was perfect — close to the beach, restaurants, and shops, yet still quiet and relaxing. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in and communication so easy. They went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay. Waking up to the sound of the ocean and enjoying sunsets in Kihei made the trip extra special. Fantastic stay at this condo! A short walk across the street to Kamaole III beach or up the street to shopping and restaurants. A short drive to the Wailea Oceanfront boardwalk Trail & multiple beaches. Unit was adequately stocked, super clean, a/c worked well, bed & pillows were comfortable, lanai was awesome, check in was easy, owner was very responsive, the complex is beautiful and well kept. It's spacious, beautifully decorated, and super comfortable, with everything you need for your stay. The balcony is a big plus, offering a lovely view. The residence is great—very well maintained, with nice common areas, BBQ, pool, and jacuzzi, all of which are a bonus. There's a beautiful beach right in front, and several others nearby. The apartment also comes with great beach gear: quality chairs, an umbrella, and a small cooler. Supermarkets and food options are just 5 minutes away.
