The room was clean and spacious enough for us all. There were a lot of things available for our beach days; wagon, umbrella, snorkeling gear, beach toys, chairs and towels. I was very grateful for the toys as the condo is right in front of the beach. There weren’t however, enough trash bags for the kitchen and bathroom trash cans. There was laundry soap available for me to use. A note of caution when using the machine facility, the app is horrible, it took me ages to connect. The property managers are stoic and are on the grounds. Head in only parking, otherwise you get a warning. The balcony is amazing, my sons enjoyed seeing the water and all the cars. Please be aware this right off the street, however not really bothersome for us as we live in the city. I couldn’t figure how how use the TV because there were so many remotes. The pool area had 2 grills, please be aware there are no glass bottles allowed. All in all great stay! The room was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay. ##### Nina S. We like the area and has all the comforts of home. The place is clean and close to everything. We will definitely stay there again but not for four people. The only thing we didn't like about it was the accommodation of two other people. There was a couch that folds down into a sleeping bed and it was very uncomfortable. Turtles come in to the protected cove nightly to rest, right around sunset. They rest on the ancient pond rock walls. The apartment was great, overlooking the Pool and hottub with a bit of an ocean view. Just steps across the beach. The traffic noise is loud but you get used to it. Apartment comes with all amenities and we appreciated the beach chairs, towels, umbrella and even snorkel gear! However, it lacked in the kitchen area. An extra small stove that can only hold 1 small oven cookie sheet. The air conditioner was above the patio door & temp couldn’t be regulated.
