This is the best experience I have had with Vacation rental companies ever! the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need, spices, pots, pans, coffee maker and even an airfryer. The beds and the space are extremely comfortable and fit our family of 5 just perfectly!.Bonus of this place was the saltwater pool in the complex. If you want to stay in a beautiful central location, this is it! we could walk anywhere (restawanted, shops, groceries, touristy spots) and most importantly the beach, which is right across the road if we wanted. I highly recommend walking around and getting to know the locals. The lanai was also perfect to have meals and people watch and the views are incredible. The only downside was that the power went out for a while one evening (city wide) and there were no flashlights and such in the apartment. As some people have mentioned, it is on a main road so it can get noisy. We didn't mind though, as it's not to the point where it's unbearable. Karen and Joe are fantastic hosts. They were prompt with answering all questions and so thoughtful in every way. We came with as a family of 4 with our 2 teenage daughters. We enjoyed our mornings and evening on the Lanai, having breakfast, playing cards and watching the whales. Just amazing! The condo was very clean, spacious, and well equipped with everything we needed. The beds were super comfy. The condo is in a great location across from Kam III beach. We swam and snorkeled there and enjoyed beautiful sunsets. There is so much within walking distance too. We definitely recommend the cinnamon roll place, and Paia Fish market, soo good! I would highly recommend staying here. I know we will again when we return one day. We loved staying in this condo with lovely ocean views from the lanai and the rest of the unit too. We watched the sunset every night and saw lots of whales! It's right across the street from a great beach and in walking distance to several other beaches. It's also in walking distance to shops and restaurants. The location can't be beat. The condo itself is clean and well maintained. It is wonderfully equipped. If you want to cook, you'll have everything you need in the kitchen. That extends to the rest of the place too - plenty of pillows, towels, etc. The beds are both very comfortable (including the pull out). There are books, games, binoculars for the whale watching. If you are looking for something, it will most likely be there! Karen and Joe are great hosts - very responsive and provide great customer service. They also provide lots of helpful information about the condo and the local area in a handy binder. There are so many nice touches, I'm sure I'm even forgetting to mention something! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place for your stay on Maui. ##### Andrea B. It is right across the street from the beach and he provided everything we needed to enjoy our days there. Coolers, umbrella, beach chairs, beach towels and a boogie board. The pool area was clean with plenty of loungers, some gas grills and covered area with tables for dining was nice too. The condo was clean and had everything we needed, comfy beds and AC in the bedrooms was a great bonus as temps were high a couple of days while we were there.
