Condo is sufficient with AC only in the bedroom so fans are required to cool the living room. Cockroaches in the kitchen every morning in spite of storing all food in the fridge. I suppose this is typical for the tropics and unit was tented the day after we checked out so that might help. Supplies are sparse but sufficient. I failed to add my spouse when reserving and was supplied with two bath towels and a beach towel. A call to My Perfect Stays and this was corrected. $300 in Corian, pots and pans and silverware would improve the kitchen and an area rug in the living room would also help. This was our second stay in this unit; we returned because we were so happy the first time we stayed. The complex is beautiful and well kept, and the unit is as well. We noticed a couple of upgrades from last year--new beach chairs, etc. Everything was fully stocked with cooking pans. This location is so great--straight across from Kamole Beach III, close to Five Palms Restaurant--one of the best Happy Hours. I walked early in the morning on the sidewalks into town. The condo is exactly as pictured, was super clean, and we could see whales from our lanai. It is a very nicely kept property and quiet at night. The beach sunsets are beautiful. The property managers were great--they communicated before our stay so we had no problem getting in--also made sure we were OK during our stay.
