If you want to be close to it all - best beaches, best snorkeling, only surf spot in Kihei, SUP, kayaking, snorkel tours, dinner cruises, shopping, restaurants, nightlife - our recently updated, owner-managed (no dealing with unresponsive property managers) condo is the perfect home away from home for you! Watch humpback whales (Nov-Apr), swim with giant sea turtles, or witness world-famous Maui sunset from 1 of the most beautiful beaches in all of Maui - only 3 1/2 mins from your doorstep! Our recently updated condo includes 1 bedroom with a queen bed and 1 sofa bed in the living room. Both the living room and the bedroom come with brand new air conditioning units. We've also installed a new sun shade so you can relax on the lanai during the day as well! Our Maui Vista complex offers some great amenities - three pools, six tennis courts, multiple grilling areas. Unit comes with full kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher) and washer/dryer. We have all of the fun beach toys you could ask for (beach chairs, umbrella, snorkel gear) and we even have some fun board games and card games. Condo comes with HD Television with Cable Internet and for those remote workers, we have hi-speed internet - 400+ Mbps with ethernet; 300+ Mbps over WiFi - so you can do all of the zoom calls you want. Maui Vista offers 1 parking spot (w/ parking permit). Our condo is smack dab in the middle of South Kihei. Everything is a short walk away. 3 1/2 minutes from your door to the beach - Charley Young is a stunning beach with great snorkeling - we regularly see sea turtles right near the reef there. 7 minutes from your door to Surfing School <10 minutes from your door to Kalama Village (enjoy breakfast at Kihei Caffe; Enjoy dinner at Paia Fish Kitchen) With its prime location near the street, you can enjoy quick and easy access to Charley Young Beach and nearby shops and restaurants! However, we want to be transparent about the fact that being near the street also means that there will be some road noise present. It is very well maintained and clean unit that is perfect for a couple or small family. Located only a few minutes walk from Charley Young Beach and walking distance stores and restaurants. This was our second time staying in Kihei- first time we stayed farther north(Sugar Beach) and wanted to be closer to the Kalama Village as we were planning on just renting bikes and ubering if we needed to. This location was perfect for this and had anything you could need nearby, groceries, shopping, restaurants and bars, and of course the beach just steps away! Also a surf rental shop walking distance. The harbor isn't super far away so if you are planning a boat tour that leaves from the Maalaea Boat Harbor it's not an expensive ride.The apartment itself was super clean and the unit was much more updated/modern than other places nearby we looked at. Really appreciated the washer/dryer. Definitely recommend this spot. ##### Michaella C. I could walk to the beach, to restaurants, to stores for food, and souvenirs. I didn't need to rent a car, which was definitely money saved for me! The condo is well appointed and had everything I might need. The washer/ dryer combo was awesome. I washed clothes at least four times in my week stay. It was quiet and efficient. It was so great to bring only clean clothes home! The screen on the deck was a nice feature. I put it all the way up in the morning or halfway down in the afternoon with the curtains drawn to keep the bright sun out. And, I put it all the way down at night. The bed was comfortable and there were a few choices for pillows. I slept very well at night and I think I only used the air conditioners once. The ceiling fans were sufficient. I was out and from 6 AM to 6 or 7 PM, and I usually ate out which gave me food to bring home, so I have to say, I never used the stove and didn't have much in the refrigerator. The filtered water pitcher was also a nice touch. The pool was small but nice. I went down there to read, I noticed there were few chairs. I think I was supposed to grab one out of the closet from the condo. The grounds are beautifully kept. All in all this was a 5 star rental and I would definitely return. ##### Karen R.
