This lovely unit has views of the Haleakala Mountain. The complex is a beachfront property and Royal Mauian is one of the absolute best OCEANFRONT COMPLEXES. Considered one of the most sought after complexes in South Maui, the Royal Mauian Complex, is one of the only complexes that is on the oceanside of South Kihei Road! It's located right by shops, convenient stores, and even a grocery store! All within just steps from the condo!  
  
This updated, airy unit features unique artwork and Hawaiian decor throughout. Bright and tranquil, fully upgraded and oversize kitchen, new tile floors in the main areas and remodeled bathrooms, makes this private unit one of a kind.   
  
(Please note the lanai is not available, however the complexes offers one of the only Rooftop Terraces in all of South Maui and the views are 360 degrees of the Pacific Ocean and Haleakala)  
  
With tile flooring and adorned with custom, island style decorating touches, you will truly be tucked away in your very own island oasis! Enjoy preparing meals in your nicely updated kitchen which is fully stocked, offering all the conveniences of a home away from home. The both large bedrooms offers a King size bed. The living room offers a new queen sofa bed and a smart TV!  
  
For additional comfort, there is Air Conditioning throughout with individual controls! The soothing tropical breezes flow through the condo all day.

#### Comfortable condo

This lovely property is clean, well equipped, and in a very central location. The property management company is outstanding and immediately addressed a couple of small issues that we had. We missed not having a balcony, but other than that, the condo is very comfortable & spacious.

We stayed in two condos 401 and 501, 6 people in each. The condos were great. Lots of bits and bobs to get us going, laundry soap, plastic wrap, tea etc. perfect location between Kam 2 and Kam 2\. Pool was great, barbecue area really nice. My only small issue, (and there was consensus on this) the beds were way past their best before date. Otherwise excellent with great communication with property manager/group.
