Imagine the thrill of expansive direct ocean views from every room and the covered lanai! Kihei Kai 9 is the only true beachfront penthouse or top floor condominium in boutique Kihei Kai. Drift to sleep serenaded by lapping waves.

This fully remodeled one bedroom pampers you with a plush Cal King bed, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Whisper quiet mini-split Air Conditioners allow you to adjust your temperature just how you like it. two LaZboy recliners make watching the 50" Ultra High Definition TV a pleasure.

Kihei Kai 9 is conveniently located to explore Maui. You are perched on four miles of sparsely developed beach that is perfect for romantic walks, viewing spectacular sunsets, and watching whales and turtles frolic.

The condo is fully stocked. Even snorkel gear, beach chairs, ice chest and a beach umbrella are provided for your convenience. The Kihei Farmers' Market is a short walk down the beach.

The experienced owner managers live just ten minutes away and Kihei Kai has on site managers.

Perfect location for us

Steps from the beach, 5min walk to amenities(fantastic farmers market run by the nicest folks on the island!) 10min drive to the center of Kihei. Full unobstructed views of beach and ocean from the lanai, dining and bedroom. I'm talking center court seats... Nicely maintained property with all the comforts of home and the added bonus of one of the nicest quietest spots in Maui. Our host went way beyond when our rental car crapped out... When we return to Maui, and we will... we'll book this place again. Thank You Super Host!

Holiday Get Away

We enjoyed our stay at the unit and our hosts were great in giving directions and communicating with us. The unit was perfect for 2 adults and steps away from the beach and ocean. Enjoyed the early morning beach walks and sunsets in the evening. We would definitely stay here again if available the next time we travel to Maui.

Perfect getaway!

The room was exactly as advertised. The host was great with communication (huge plus to us.) The location couldn’t be any closer to the beach or water unless it was in it! The room was clean and felt like a home and not just a hotel room. If you’re looking for a place to stay, this is it. We’ll be back and would definitely recommend to anyone!!!

Fantastic location and cute little place!

Perfect location and exactly what I was looking for. Quiet street. Safe. On the ocean. Clean, friendly, and just perfect for my needs. Can hear the ocean from anywhere in the space. Can walk forever on the beach. Close enough for a short drive to whatever you might need or want to do. Hosts were excellent.

Perfect location overlooking the beach

Each morning we took long walks on the beach before our daily adventures which included beach bay snorkeling, molokini trip snorkeling, a drive to Hana, dining and sight seeing. Our evening were relaxing until bedtime when the sound of the waves crashing soothed us to sleep. The condo was well stocked with accessories for cooking and play. Highly recommend.

Perfect Beachside Location for 2!

Loved this little place by the ocean! Located in Kīhei, we were close to everything! This one bedroom condo was perfect for just the two of us. Everything looked exactly like the listing - clean, well equipped and of course, right on the ocean. Chip and Charlotte were excellent hosts, with great communication and hospitality! They had several snorkel gear options as well as beach chairs and towels. If we come back to Maui, this is where we will stay!!

A beach lovers dream!!

This condo is all about the wonderful location. The beach is your backyard and the views from every room will take your breath away. Condo was well stocked with anything we were to need, beach chairs for the sand were great! Communication with the owners via text was wonderful, we thouroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back again.

Getaway with my young adult daughter

My daughter & I enjoyed our stay in this comfortable condo. It's right on a lovely beach that is not over-crowded. The hosts were helpful and communicative. We hope to return and visit again, one day.

Right on the beach!

This unit was perfect for our eight night stay in Kihei. I loved that it was right on the beach. The beach itself was great as the water was usually very calm so I felt comfortable going in. Afterwards it was nice lounging on the grassy area. The kitchen had everything we needed. We'll definitely stay here again next time we come to Maui.

Beachfront Hang

The condo was just as I imagined....fantastic! It was not the most modern condo but it had what I wanted in a trip to Hawaii...beachfront with a great beach to walk on, beautiful ocean to swim in, and a deck to hang out with your friends in the afternoon and evening. The kitchen was well stocked, the living room with plenty of windows for view and sea breeze, comfortable bed, and a functional bathroom. Chip and Charlotte was easy to communicate with and the price was reasonable for the area. If we ever return to Maui this will be the place we hope to stay in.
