TV is located in the living room . Fully furnished unit including beach towels and beach chairs. Views of Haleakala and West Maui Mountains from your lanai - amazing sunsets nightly - ocean sounds 24/7\. Walk the 7 miles of beach literally steps from the lanai of unit 115\. Pool is heated - the hot tub and pool deck open until 10:00 PM. During the 2nd week of September every year the pool is closed for maintenance (starting the 2nd Monday in September). Also enjoy the sauna, gas barbeques and a putting green. Parking for unit115 is covered. Located in North Kihei - convenient to the airport, Wailea, and Lahaina. Grocery shopping and 100's of restaurants just minutes away. The place had everything we needed and we enjoyed the beach and pool in the late afternoon when the winds picked up. The beach proximity is literally steps from the patio. The furnishings are comfortable including the bed. The central AC was very welcome as that is not the norm in Hawaii.
