PH24 looks out on the golden sands of Sugar Beach on Maui’s south coast – the sunniest and driest part of the island – and the endless ocean horizon beyond. PH24 is a direct beachfront unit. It is not a pool-facing unit and is not set back from the beach requiring a long walk from your unit to the pool or beach like many of the larger resorts on the island. The thoughtfully chosen furnishings and décor in this recently remodeled top-floor penthouse unit will envelop you with the island lifestyle. The unit is equipped with everything you need for a great Maui vacation including beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, beach mats and beach towels. WEDDINGS & EVENTS: Sugar Beach Events is a short walk down the beach and offers complete wedding and event planning at the beautiful ocean front venue. When you rent from us you will be dealing directly with the owner and not with a commercial property rental agency. Imagine waking up and opening the doors to take in the fresh breeze, and listen to the rolling waves. The view is spectacular. The unit has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. We made breakfast every morning and one of the evenings cooked out at the grills downstairs. They had plenty of towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkel masks, books and games. The bed was comfortable and the shower water was refreshing. The soft colors used throughout the unit made it a place we enjoyed coming back to each afternoon. Wish they would have had a better eatery on site, but the sandwich shop was fine in a pinch. Our unit could have been cleaner, but acceptable. It is beautifully appointed, sparkling clean and absolutely the best place we’ve ever stayed in Maui. The king bed is super comfortable and the A/C and wireless were great. It has also been beautifully remodeled with up graded appliances and decor. And it is equipped with every conceivable item you might need during your stay. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is slow communication and the welcome/information booklet was found on the bottom shelf of the coffee table. The location is super convenient in the center of the island. The unit is very well equipped and is updated with new flooring, kitchen and bathroom. Furniture is attractive and comfortable with also comfortable bed and linens. Nice shower with plenty of places to hang towels. Great to have beach chairs, beach towels and cooler. The beach was right in front of us to lay out on, walk along and just enjoy the sound of the waves. The girls they have available are so nice to use and the pool was great to hang around while relaxing. Our condo was located in a great spot. The parking was easy to find. The property manager was excellent at responding to our request. No issues with our stay. The beach was so nice and quiet! We are so sad about the fire on Maui but we decided to still visit the island to show our support. The condo was lovely. The view from the condo & sound of the ocean is magical.
