Nice view of the putting green and BBQ area and pool access from the lanai. The north mountain is easily visible in the background. It is right across from the elevator lobby which made for a bit of noise each morning and evening but overall a quiet building. Wifi and tv worked great. The bed and furniture were comfortable. AC worked very well and there was always a cross breeze through the apartment if you open the patio doors. There are beach chairs and a large cooler bag that we used daily. Beach umbrellas as well. The grounds are well maintained and the staff was very good in cleaning up after the January flood that left the streets and parking lot a mess. The BBQ were spotless every morning and the pool well maintained. This pool is Not heated any longer but was comfortable by the end of the trip. The apartment had everything you needed for a short stay , but could use some cleaning product for shower and toilet For guests staying longer than a week. Kitchen counter needs replacement But all appliances worked great. The lanai is beside a main sidewalk entering the building so foot traffic can be expected. Miles of beach to walk right across the grounds. Every thing is a short drive or a healthy walk away.
