Quiet and relaxed with attend our beach and facilities. You get to avoid all of the hustle and noise of the bigger resorts while be close to all that Wailea has to offer. The unit was nicely updated and comfortable. The unit could use some more furniture, but the fun is all outside so not a big deal. This condo is newly refurbished and has everything you could need! There is a washer and dryer in the unit. Tile throughout is so nice in a tropical area. CB were an excellent management company and were super responsive. We really appreciated the amenities, snacks, and coffee they provided!! They also made sure there was clothes and dishwasher detergent, salt pepper, olive oil, coffee filters, cleaning supplies. Beach chairs and umbrella were great to have! We would definitely stay again! To note: the roosters that are all over Maui start crowing at 3:00am and are loud in the back bedroom.We turned up the fan and used a white noise machine,so we were fine. ##### Thomas W.
