The property features two unique accommodation options: a two-story building with four individual apartments and a detached two-bedroom cottage. The cottage is rented out separately, as described below. The property is very comfortable, clean and in a prime location right on the beach (including turtles). Mike is a phenomenal host: very accommodating, gracious and generous (surprised us with two pies from a local spot and wine and sparkling wine to help us celebrate our wedding). It was the PERFECT house to have multiple family members stay in as there are separate entrances and spaces. Everyone had the most amazing time. You cannot beat the location or view. Lots of sleeping space and the ability to share living spaces was perfect. One family of father, two children, spouses and their children fulfilled their mother's wish by bringing their memories and holding a beachside memorial ceremony so their Mom could visit her 50th state in spirit! ##### David M B.
