Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit. We stayed in building 3 back in 2018 and this time went for building 1, ground level. Overall the condo is nice with a nice ocean view but the condo itself is a bit dated and could benefit from some upgrades. The sliding door and screen are in need of maintenance. The location to beach 3 can’t be beat and it is nice that beach gear is provided. ##### Michele V.
