The Guest Bedroom features two twin beds with another private lanai off the bedroom in a garden setting. The guest bathroom has also been remodeled! When you think of Hawaii you imagine awe-inspiring views, amazing sunsets, and the natural beauty of the wild Blue Pacific. Also, this unit is close to the road, so at rush hour times the traffic is quite loud; not the worst but worth noting. We had booked a late check out on our last day, in which we got locked out of early but the property manager was quick to respond and helped us out, which was great. We have stayed at this complex in a couple different units. They grounds are always beautifully maintained. You are just up the street from shopping and dinning and a quick walk to the beach! Many times the mattresses are sagging and soft which makes for uncomfortable sleeping but these were nice and firm and we slept great every night. The kitchen was very well appointed. Everything we needed for grilling, baking and cooking. The bedrooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms are small, but adequate. This condo met our expectations with a great view from Building 5\. Our only critique would be the remodel to board up the windows in the living room and second bedroom. The beds were a bit firm but it was nice to have a king bed in master. Awesome view and nice upgrades. The condo has amazing views and the location in the complex is ideal. The condo has been nicely updated and furnished beautifully . We enjoyed many evening sitting on the lanai mesmerized by the expansive views. The one thing that the condo would benefit from is a better outdoor dining table and chairs. Located close to everything in Wailea - 2 minute drive/5 minute walk to shops, hotels, beaches. Condo was quiet, updated and clean with an incredible ocean view. The management company was very responsive to the one issue we had with the screen door being loose. Will definitely stay here again in the future. ##### Andrea W. The condo is in a nice quiet area, close to many great restaurants, shopping and beaches. Beautiful sunsets and mornings waking up to the sound of birds. Would’ve liked having a manual for the coffee maker and hand soap in the bathrooms. We purchased hand soap and left it there. Had an issue with the Wifi but it was resolved quickly.
