Listed as one of the Worlds Top 10 Beaches. The condo also has one of the best ocean views to watch the beautiful Maui sunsets or whale watching, during season. It is equipped with everything you would want/need for your stay. Private bedroom with Queen bed, queen sofa sleeper for additional guests. Fully set up remodeled kitchen, washer/dryer, TV, electronics, iron/iron board, beach gear, free internet, linens, etc. Tennis courts are on site for your game enjoyment and BBQ grills for the cooks that like to grill out. With the lanai door and the entryway doors opened there was a lovely cross breeze. The sunset views are stunning and we sat out on the lanai often. We often watched the people cooking their dinners by the pool and enjoyed that. The property is very close to the beach and we could walk to shopping and restaurants nearby. There is a fantastic ice cream shop that we often walked to. The condo itself has a number of beautiful paintings and photos on the walls and the TV stand is loaded with books. If we ever come to Maui again, we would definitely check to see availability and happily stay here again. We stayed here for two weeks and it felt like home. ##### Stephanie C. The kitchen counter edges need refurbishing. The fridge needs to be replaced or, at least, the doors need to be replaced or painted with appliance paint. We couldn’t figure out the DVD player and there aren’t any streaming services. The bathtub has a “stain” that needs attention. The lanai shade broke, but was repaired quickly. The powder area sink drowned slowly but was, also, attended to. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Toilet was broken. Day 2 washing machine had molded detergent in the tray. Day3 dishwasher was not running properly Day4 the chain to raise and lower shade broke. Fortunately my husband was successful in fixing all of the problems but a plumber was still needed for the intake valve. The maintenance on build D was horrible. Weeds everywhere and so filthy. Pool and bbq were clean yet the back bldg D was left without the same curb appeal. The staff on the property for maintenance were wonderful! So friendly and could visit briefly. There was a good variety of dishes, tableware, etc. Bathroom fixtures were fully working but could use updating. Furnishings overall are not new, but reasonable quality and condition. With A/C only in the living room, bedroom was somewhat warm and stuffy despite ceiling fans, with windows open or closed. Neighbors/guests were generally quiet, and seemed to respect posted "quiet hours," but glass jalousie bedroom windows did let in whatever noise there was. (This was typical of the condo design, not unique to this unit.) Check-in and -out worked as stated; front office is open limited hours but staff there was appropriately accommodating and helpful. The condo seemed quite clean, but there were some small bugs. On the other hand, the location was excellent (walking distance to a great beach, shopping and dining), there was a convenient assigned parking space, grounds were lovely and well maintained, elevator was nearby and modern (stairs were an option but could be entirely avoided), and the view from the balcony was excellent as promised. The neighborhood is not as elegant as some Maui tourists would like but also not as expensive as some, and we felt safe, welcoming and comfortable. Overall the rental fully met our expectations based on the listing, and was a good value for the price. ##### Steve Séjour de 6 nuits en mars 2022 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Derick P. 10 févr. 2022 Points forts : Propreté #### Maui vacation The condo was very clean, and had a closet full of beach stuff, such as boogie boards, pool noodles, all snorkel equipment, and beach chairs (which we used on several beaches, the road to Hana, and Haleakala!) the kitchen is very well equipped with cooking stuff and the view from the balcony was amazing. I will say that the couch was not comfortable and there were several cockroach’s seen in the kitchen and bathroom. ##### Derick P.
