Beautifully appointed ground floor penthouse. This unit is located in the highly sought after Wailea Beach Villas and is mere steps from all of the amenities the Villas have to offer. The lush tropical setting, open floor plan, and lanai make this the perfect Maui retreat. The kitchen is a fully equipped gourmet kitchen featuring two refrigerators, granite countertops, and beautiful mahogany cabinets. The dining area has seating for six people with additional bar stool seating making it the perfect setup for entertaining friends and family. Wonderful glass sliders lead you from the dining area and living room to the beautiful lanai that is perfect for al fresco dining. The primary bedroom features a king bed and an en-suite bath with a double vanity, deep soaking tub, marble shower, private bathroom, and spacious walk-in closet. The second primary bedroom is tastefully furnished and features a king-size bed. A semi-private bathroom sits adjacent with a combination shower/tub and a double marble-topped vanity. We stay in this particular condo for the cleanliness and access to laundry and kitchen for the kids. It really is a great place for a busy family like ours who are always running up and down from the beach. If you want a place with more amenities- nicer soaps, towels,fluffy beds, access to storage for beach chairs etc - maybe look elsewhere? The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed which was appreciated. It was not an issue for us but the walk to the pool could be difficult for some people as there is a hill to the pool/beach area. We had a great stay and enjoyed many parts of Maui. ##### Toni H. This was our third visit to this property and first time in this unit! It was amazing from the check-in process to the check-out process. It was super clean and a great location. The property manager was available for any questions we had. We only had a couple of minor ones and they respond in 5 minutes. it is close to everything.... pool, beach, shops, restaurants. You can walk to everything. We loved our two week stay and plan to return next year. ##### Tomma E. While this property isn’t inexpensive, by comparison it is a great value compared to other premium options. This unit is well equipped and the property itself is simply gorgeous. We did not mind the lack of ocean view as the pool and beach walk are just steps away. Our property manager was extremely responsive and we will utilize them again for future stays. If you are concerned about visiting Maui at this time, don’t. The island is vibrant as ever and the locals need you here. ##### Brent E. This property is fantastic. Clean on arrival, great welcome and beautiful accommodations that are stocked for a very comfortable stay. The reason I choose to stay in a place like this instead of a resort that has room service and house keeping is so that I can do mine and my children’s laundry and have a better place to make meals. I was there 10 days so the laundry situation put me out a little. To be fair the property manager did offer to come pick up and have our laundry washed. If you are into that sort of thing I’m sure it would have been ok but it wouod have just been more inconvenient for us. All that aside it is a beautiful place and we would stay there again if everything was in working order. ##### Marissa B.
