It was on the second floor, which was probably ideal for viewing perspective. There are washing machines and dryers one level down , very convenient and reasonable ( they take credit cards, so no coins needed. )Condo was very clean and in a good location , close to restaurants. Parking is easy. The small complex is very quiet. Superior location in my opinion as there is a nice walkable beach directly in front with shopping and a few restaurants within a few short blocks.
