My room was very spacious, nice furniture and provided with all amenities. Cleaning was always perfect. The top floor restaurant has a fantastic view on Kigali and serves absolutely remarkable food - fusion kitchen style. Loved how quiet it was and that the noisy parts (live music on Sunday) were restricted and well-advised in advance. For work, this hotel is perfect. Breakfast menu could be expanded/improved but a very acceptable compromise. I had an issue with some carpeting outside an elevator entry on ground floor and they attended to it very effectively practically immediately.
