### Studio apartment on the Baltic Sea

The studio is approximately 20 m² and accommodate 1 person, equipped with a double bed, wardrobe, dining table with 2 chairs, a small sofa, a kitchenette with a microwave with grill function, kettle, sink, and refrigerator, and a small bathroom with a shower and window. A shared laundry room in the basement is available with a drying area.   
  
Located in a convenient area of Kiel, in Dietrichsdorf, with good bus connections to the city center and Laboe. The bus stop is 100 meters away, and a shopping center with Aldi, Rewe, a drugstore, bakery, and Sparkasse is within a 5-minute walk. The Fördewanderweg trail, the East Coast beaches, and the recreational and hiking areas along the shores of the Schwentine and the nearby Baltic Sea are in close proximity.   
  
The house is 1.5 km from the beautiful sandy beach of Mönkeberg and is ideal for vacationers looking for relaxation and those who enjoy long walks or excursions. The area is perfect for outdoor activities, such as cycling along the fjord and the famous hiking route around the Schwentine, as well as horseback riding, canoe and paddle rentals, and boat trips. You can also enjoy the Kitzeberg Golf Club, which is 2.5 km away.   
  
The cityscape of Kiel is shaped by its proximity to the Baltic Sea, where you can take a harbor tour. If you enjoy watching large ships, you can do so along the shore of the Kiel Canal. And if you are interested in history, you will find many well-preserved buildings from the Gründerzeit era, and in the town of Laboe, you can visit the U-995, one of the five German submarines from World War II.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einem Einfamilienhaus in einem ruhigen und gepflegten Stadtrandgebiet, das an den Stadtwald mit Zugang zum Fördewanderweg liegt.Drei Buslinien sind fußläufig in drei bis vier Minuten erreichbar.Ein Einkaufskomplex mit Rossmann, REWE, Aldi, Apotheke und Postamt liegt zu Fuß nur 10 Minuten entfernt.Den Hauptbahnhof erreicht man mit allen drei Buslinien in ca. 25 Minuten. Staub unter dem Sofa und unter Schrank sowie im Badezimmer, dazu klebten noch Haare im Badezimmerschrank und fanden sich auf dem Badezimmerboden. Die Boden im Badezimmerschrank waren auch nicht sauber. Kalkablagerungen an allen Wasserhähnen und in der Dusche sind eher ein ästhetisches denn hygienisches Problem. Leider roch es im Zimmer nach kaltem Rauch, was den Dauerlüftungswunsch der Vermietung erklärt.Bauartbedingt führt eine steile Treppe ins Dachgeschoß. Eine Herausforderung für den Transport eines großen Koffers.Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite vor Ort Betreuung.
