This lovely and spacious 4 bedroom home boasts a private plunge pool and is just a short 5-minute walk from the beach. The gourmet kitchen is a chef's delight, featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, and a butcher block island/breakfast bar with seating for two. The dining area comfortably seats eight. The main living area is designed for relaxation, with vaulted, trussed ceilings, luxurious leather chairs, a large sofa, and expansive windows overlooking the pool. French doors lead to a furnished deck and screened porch with a table that seats four, ideal for outdoor gatherings. The picnic table on the open pool deck is perfect for summer grilling. The first-floor master suite is a tranquil retreat, offering a king-sized bed, a lavish private bathroom with a garden tub, separate shower, dual vanities, and direct access to the screened porch. Upstairs, a cozy den awaits with a TV, comfortable chairs, and a sleeper sofa. En suite bathrooms made the stay very comfortable. Room in driveway for 4 cars, and the foyer on ground level was a big enough drop zone for golf clubs and such if needed. We didn’t use the pool (off season). The only details lacking were minor (a few small kitchen essentials, bathrooms fans either noisy or not appearing to be functional, etc). Extra bedding bedding was nice. Short walk to beach (and there’s a path at the west end of the street not shown on Google Maps).
