Step inside and you’re immediately greeted by airy coastal vibes, thanks to professional décor in soft, beachy hues. Whether you’re whipping up gourmet meals in the chef’s kitchen with high-end appliances and plenty of prep space, splashing in your private pool (which can be heated for year-round enjoyment, $100/day, four-day minimum), or watching the kids giggle in their very own bunk room, every inch of this home is designed to delight. Parents can relax knowing a fenced-in pool keeps little ones safe, while the open floor plan makes entertaining effortless.  
  
Outside, soak up the serene Lowcountry setting — a peaceful lagoon framed by majestic oaks, swaying pines, and graceful palmettos. Hop on a bike and cruise over to Marsh Island Park and the observation tower, or head to the beach, championship golf, or one of Kiawah’s renowned dining spots, all just minutes away.

As our guest, you will have access to 5 Championship Golf Courses – including The Ocean Course – the location of the 2021 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center - #1 ranked by Tennis Resorts Online; Free Wireless Internet Access;. Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay.  
  
No smoking and no pets allowed. Please note the fireplace and garage are not accessible for guests and we do not allow events at the home. The house does have exterior monitors in the Ring doorbell, driveway, and back porch for your safety.  
  
When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $280 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.  
  
Upon booking you will be sent a rental agreement to review and complete online. Your booking is not confirmed until this document has been submitted.

#### Beautiful new home

This is a beautiful home, which is very well equipped. The pros are that it is within biking distance to the beach, it seems very private, and it's newer, so it doesn't have the wear and tear of a typical rental. The cons are that, even though there is a bathroom in every bedroom, the counter space/storage for the vanities are little to none, unless you are in the master. The other negative is that there is only one main living area, so there is nowhere to go if you wanted another space to separate from others in the home. The house is truly lovely though, and we would stay there again. The pool and outdoor area is relaxing and the perfect place to gather at the end of the day. The finishes and decor are very well thought out, so it feels like a home away from home. Thanks so much for opening your gorgeous new home for other families to enjoy.
