Nestled behind the dunes, this oceanfront villa is just steps from the sandy white Atlantic beach. You can relax , hear and feel ocean breeze from the decks . No ocean view due to vegetation to protect the beach.

Two decks celebrate outdoor living and foster exceptional open air social gatherings. The open floor plan of this point unit villa is the largest available in Shipwatch. Extensive windows welcome abundant natural light into the living area. The warm and inviting great room encompasses the living and dining areas featuring sliding glass doors leading to a private deck.

Because of the décor and not having been child proofed this villa is ideally suited for 2 couples, golfers, ladies/guys getaway or families with older children (> 10 years old) .

The kitchen is equipped with all the basics for cooking and includes a 12 cup DRIP COFFEE maker. Two master bedroom suites feature king size beds each with its private, full bath and closet.

Resort privileges include complimentary access to the resort owned Night Heron, West Beach and Tennis Club pools. Preferred tee times and savings up to 25% on the four world-renowned golf course of Kiawah Island, advanced reservations for court times and tennis programs and savings up to 20% at the #1 tennis resort in the country. Discount rates are available for nature and recreation programs at Night Heron Park. Complimentary door-to-door on-island transportation to any resort-owned venues. Advanced reservations for spa services at the five-star Sanctuary Hotel. Complimentary access to the fitness center at the nearby Straw Market shopping center.

The Villa includes free parking, linens and towels, washer and dryer access just down the hall from the villa (at no charge), color cable TV, air conditioning, paper products and detergents, local telephone service. The Shipwatch complex has neighborhood wireless internet service provided by the Shipwatch Homeowner's Association. A username and password will be provided at check-in. We cannot provide support for guest's personal computers or guarantee availability of the service.
