Both upstairs master suites have windows overlooking the ocean, while the open concept main floor is bright and airy with ocean views from the kitchen, dining area, and living room. While the stunning views will take your breath away, you will be equally pleased with the luxurious, fully renovated interior that has been professionally designed for your comfort and relaxation. This spacious, townhouse-style villa accommodates up to 6 guests. The two upstairs bedrooms featured comfortable beds and stunning ocean views, while the downstairs bedroom with twin beds was perfect for additional guests. Property is very well located (walking distance to The Sanctuary) and in good condition. Our family of five felt very comfortable and while it’s not a huge condo, it is laid out well so the space didn’t feel cramped at all. Julie was a great host - very accessible. We spent five days there as a family of 5 (three kids ages 13, 11, and 8), and the space worked perfectly. The home is well-appointed with everything you could need from coffee makers to beach gear to puzzles and games. Julie is a wonderful communicator and the check-in process was seamless. The views of the ocean are beautiful and the beach is steps away. We have stayed in many vacation rentals and this one was one of our favorites! ##### Jessica W. It’s clean, in a great location, and is well stocked. We had a great time with family and friends! The one minor issue was the AC didn’t work well. The upstairs bedrooms were hot.
