Great location with easy access to the beach. We appreciate the ability to bring our dog with us. We will rent here again. Our only suggestion to new property management company is to check supplies to make sure everything is there - we got 1/2 a roll of paper towels with no back up. Not the end of the world but just a detail that should be taken care of. Also some of the glasses in the cupboard need to be run through the dishwasher. Beach is a 10-15 minute walk depending on your route. The condo is lovely and very comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked. The porch was our most favorite part. The villa is like staying in a sophisticated tree house. Our pup really enjoyed his stay too and plenty of places to walk in the vicinity.
