This spacious second floor villa features an open floorplan with loads of natural light flooding in through the expansive windows and sliding glass doors. The living area features comfortable sofa and accent seating to accommodate the whole family, a custom fireplace with a mounted flatscreen TV for your entertainment, and easy access to the private outdoor deck for a true island-style vacation. Just off the living area is the designated dining space with seating for six and an additional sitting area on the screened porch—perfect for morning coffee or gathering around for family dinners. The full kitchen is equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances, a full laundry area with a washer and dryer set, as well as convenient bar seating for three. The primary bedroom features a comfortable King size bed, a TV to watch your favorite shows, plenty of storage space, and an ensuite bathroom with a custom glass shower and double vanity. The guest bedroom offers two Twin size beds, a TV for entertainment, and a full attached bathroom with a glass shower that connects to the main living area. Upon request, these two Twin beds can be bolstered together to make a King. Please contact our office for details! This Turtle Point rental condo offers the ultimate in golf course living on the 17th and 18th fairways of the Turtle Point Golf Course in East Beach. East Beach Village is the heart of Kiawah Island, anchored by the 21-acre Night Heron Park and legendary Sanctuary Hotel. East Beach offers the best of both worlds with easy access to Kiawah’s 10 miles of beautiful beaches and a central hub of activity for the whole family with a relaxed, social atmosphere. It was a good distance from the beach and hard to transport beach gear. The microwave did not work but we discovered it was the outlet that did not work! We moved the microwave to another outlet and it worked great! The showers were great and we had plenty of hot water for cooking and bathing!
