This spacious second floor villa features an open floorplan with loads of natural light flooding in through the expansive windows and sliding glass doors. The living area features comfortable sofa and accent seating to accommodate the whole family, a custom fireplace with a mounted flatscreen TV for your entertainment, and easy access to the private outdoor deck for a true island-style vacation. Just off the living area is the designated dining space with seating for six and an additional sitting area on the screened porch—perfect for morning coffee or gathering around for family dinners. The full kitchen is equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances, a full laundry area with a washer and dryer set, as well as convenient bar seating for three. The primary bedroom features a comfortable King size bed, a TV to watch your favorite shows, plenty of storage space, and an ensuite bathroom with a custom glass shower and double vanity. The guest bedroom offers two Twin size beds, a TV for entertainment, and a full attached bathroom with a glass shower that connects to the main living area. I would have expected extra toilet paper in the master and travel shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms. One of the dining room chairs was broken. The door code was not set for us upon arriving. The microwave did not work but we discovered it was the outlet that did not work! We moved the microwave to another outlet and it worked great!
