I do have high expectations but generally have never been disappointed… until this unit. Probably was a great unit at one time, but definitely needs some TLC… including paint touch ups, straightening/organizing kitchen cupboards and laundry/bedroom linen closets. Kitchen cupboards unorganized and messy! Also no placemats! Can’t assume everyone eats every meal out. These sound like small details but along with the primary bathroom pocket door sticking, one of the patio doors falling off the rails, the filthy screen door at the entry, other issues not mentioned, made the whole unit feel cheap and tired. Looking for a place to rent next April, but won’t rent this unit again. ##### Julie V.
