This 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa boasts high quality furnishings, an ocean facing deck, quick access to Night Heron Park and the Sanctuary, and a boardwalk straight to the beach! The open plan living area features high vaulted ceilings, lots of natural light and tranquil ocean views. There is plenty of space to gather with friends and family, a sleeper sofa for additional guests and a flat screen TV for entertainment. The kitchen has been updated with granite countertops and opens to the dining area with seating for 6\. Begin and end your day on the covered deck admiring wildlife and breathtaking ocean views. This Windswept Villa comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests in 2 bedrooms with a sleeper sofa for two additional guests. Upon entry, the queen guest room will be to your right with a new flat screen TV and full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. This bathroom can also be accessed via the hall. The master bedroom is to the right of the living room with a king bed, new flat screen TV & a tub/shower combo in the bathroom. The blinds did not work/ were dirty and some of the paint was poorly done in the master bedroom. The blinds on the master did not work at all. Likewise, the television packages were absolutely barren in watchable shows. You’d expect that for how much the owners make off of it, they’d do a little tender love and care on the place to keep it modest. I mean just throw 3-4k a year into maintenance.
