A short 3 minute walk takes you directly to the beach or Night Heron Park. The open plan living area is beautifully decorated with a comfortable sofa, flat screen TV, a window seat and dining area for sharing meals and access to a screened in porch with tranquil maritime forest and lagoon views. The open kitchen features modern appliances with all you need to prepare home cooked meals. 4286 Mariners Watch comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests in a king master suite and a sleeper sofa in the living area to accommodate 2 extra guests. The bathroom is beautifully renovated with a large walk-in shower and this villa is equipped with a washer/dryer for your convenience. For long term rentals on the island or a quick vacation getaway, Mariners Watch Villas offer a true seaside retreat just steps from the beach in Kiawah Island’s central East Beach Village.
