The house was exactly as pictured and was exceptionally clean. Lots of towels and amenities. It was a quick bike ride to the beach and The Sanctuary. Quiet neighborhood, nice marsh views.

Overall, was a terrific stay. House was clean, had a lot of supplies and amenities. Outside area with pool was everyone favorite. Communication with Robin was top notch. We had no issues, but leading up to and check in was very smooth.

#### Family Vacation 2023

It was more than we expected. The house had all the things we needed for our beach vacation plus more. We did not go out to eat we cooked every night. We very much enjoyed the pool at our fingertips. My husband and I really enjoyed the guess to get away form the noise of our adult children and grandkids. The only draw back was it was a little hike to the beach. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful house and we were so happy to heat the pool for so much fun swimming during the breezy spring! Kids had a blast and bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. Robin and her team were great!

This home was perfection from the cleanliness and comfort to the amazing pool with marsh view and lots of outdoor hanging space, we could not have been happier. The property manager was so easily available throughout our stay for any small questions. We will be booking again! Looking forward to next time!

#### Beautiful home and pool

This house is incredible. It is far from the beach, but the pool and other aspects of the home are wonderful. We had elderly parents with us, and there is a parking area close to Boardwalk 40, so we were able to drive them to the Boardwalk 40 to drop them off. It's a good 10-15 minute bike ride to the beach, or 5 minute drive
