It is far from the beach, but the pool and other aspects of the home are wonderful. We had elderly parents with us, and there is a parking area close to Boardwalk 40, so we were able to drive them to the Boardwalk 40 to drop them off. The house had all the things we needed for our beach vacation plus more. We did not go out to eat we cooked every night. We very much enjoyed the pool at our fingertips. My husband and I really enjoyed the guess to get away form the noise of our adult children and grandkids. The only draw back was it was a little hike to the beach.
