Lovely bright and sunny apartment. The bedroom also has a privacy blind, so you can enjoy the view whilst in bed, and the outside cannot see in. High end finishes with rain shower head, soft closures on cupboards and toilet, Caesarstone Benchtops Ground floor apartment with easy access for wheelchairs, prams etc. Underground security parking for 1 vehicle. Ample street parking as well. Full security complex with video intercom. Outside Patio overlooking beach, parks and mountains. Webber Q Gas BBQ - Cook whilst watching the waves. Hanging Egg Chair for your relaxation. Free WiFi NBN Directly opposite beach, park and playground so perfect for children. Kiama train station is only a few minutes walk, with trains direct to Central station (Sydney). 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, with laundry. There are views of the ocean and beach, albeit slightly obstructed by the sports field seating/roof across the road and all other facilities are as described. The second bedroom now has sliding plantation shutters to form a wall and door. If you plan to cook in-house, note the stove is a 2 element and the oven and fridge are on the smaller side. There were no ocean views, we were on the ground floor. The furniture was well below acceptable for the price we paid. It was in fact furniture you would have in a small child's room. The only couch in the place was so tiny you couldn't even sit on it. Outside furniture rusty and not acceptable to sit on either.
