The chair had a wire tack which made me hurt. One cockroach died in the room and very close to the bed.

Staff was very helpful, rooms clean. Outdated decor and NO HOT WATER.

It was not a good place. Felt weirdly converted, messy, and kind of grim.

Housekeeping services not up to mark as after 2 days of making up room, there was no replacement of new shower gel and coffee. Have to call up and request from reception and only replaced much later when they happened to be cleaning other rooms.

Convenient area

Great stay at the hotel. Close to the BTS station..lots of places to eat around. May I suggest to put sign on the laundromat area that coins for the washer and dryer are available at the reception area for B110 per token..thanks
