Nutty at Front desk exceeded my expectations by finding me a traditional Thai dress Boutique and organizing transportation and translation. « Very nice place with very kind staff! The manager even offered me a ride when she saw me walking with my large suitcases and then gave me two bananas to welcome me! I was so grateful for the wonderful hospitality. The rooms are large, clean, and comfortable. The air conditioning in the room is very strong and effective. "Extrêmement déçus. Nous avions choisit cet hôtel pour la facilité d’accès grâce à la passerelle direct avec le terminal de l’aéroport. Celle ci est fermée et personne ne nous l’a informée en amont ! Nous avons dû prendre une navette et faire 45 min de bus à cause des bouchons le matin ! Nous n’aurions pas choisit cet hôtel si nous avions su !"
