Every inch of this home is spectacular. The interior consists of mixed materials and gorgeous finishes including wood and iron beams, reclaimed wooden doors, concrete floors warmed through in-floor radiant heat, stone work, and floor to ceiling glass windows. Pops of vivid color are presented throughout the home including an emerald green, velvet dining room table, orange stools wrap around the vast marble kitchen island, beautiful original artwork, and inviting throw pillows and blankets will help warm you on snowy nights. This sophisticated, contemporary home offers soaring ceilings and sleek finishes. The large windows bring natural light into the interior effortlessly. This 4-bedroom, 4.5 bath, 4,000 square foot home was completed this year and features an open floor plan that flows from the living room to the gourmet kitchen, (built for a chef). A double oven and Thermador Pro Grand 6-burner Gas Range plus Griddle, spacious marble countertops, an espresso machine as well as other kitchen necessities will make entertaining an experience for all. The kitchen boasts a spacious pantry, large refrigerator, a touch-on sink faucet placed beneath an oversized window with striking views of the slopes. The kitchen is wrapped in incredible hexagonal tile work and unique wallpaper thoughtfully added with an artistic flair. The expansive living room, just off the kitchen, is great for entertaining or enjoying a night in with family. The comfortable sofa and large flat screen Smart TV is perfect for watching the big game or movie night. Window seats near the color changing gas fireplace round out this incredible living space. Unobstructed views of Keystone`s ski runs and proximity, make apres` skiing easy from home. Adjacent to the living room, is a large covered deck, perfect for barbecuing on the outdoor gas grill even in winter. Plenty of covered seating is there to enjoy. The main floor master bedroom captures beauty and luxury in soothing tones of gold, mauve and lavender. The plush king bed is fit for royalty and as you lay your head on your pillow you can watch skiers and snowboarders on the mountain slopes. There is a large walk in closet, so you can put away all of your belongings and feel right at home. The master suite bathroom includes a marble dual-sink vanity and a walk-in shower as well as a heated soaking tub encouraging long baths after a day skiing or running around town. Down the hall you will find the main floor powder room, complete with navy and cream art deco tile. Next to the powder room you will find a large laundry and mudroom with an Electrolux stacked washer and dryer with plenty of space for laundry, extra storage, ski jackets and ski boots. To the left of the mud room there is a spacious, heated two car garage. Make your way down the wood and iron staircase to the lower level living space. A large cozy couch facing a huge flat screen TV and a second gas fireplace surrounded by hand laid stone work. You will also find pool table, wet bar, mini refrigerator, sink, stocked cabinets and dishwasher to round out this huge 2nd entertainment area. Through the large French doors, you will find a large sunken private hot tub under the stars and in the summer a large landscaped lawn and a stunning inlaid flagstone entertainment space that leads you to the private outdoor gas fire pit- perfect for family gatherings. Bedrooms downstairs: The first bedroom is a cheerful, custom built-in bunk room. Soothing textures and patterns matched with vibrant tangerine accents makes this the perfect bedroom for kids. The bottom bunks are full beds, the top bunks are twins, all with built in storage space and outlets as well as individual reading lamps. There is also storage space below both bottom bunks. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower with white and bright citrus accented subway tiles. Additionally, there are two bedrooms that offer comfortable and elegance, both will wash away the day with pleasant tones of deep navy and green. Both bedrooms have queen beds, built in shelving unit, large closets and two en-suite bathrooms. Both bedrooms offer privacy and peaceful sleeping. You are a stone`s throw away from everything Keystone Resort has to offer while living at your private, luxury retreat. From shopping and dining at River Run to walking to the gondola or ski lift this location is unbeatable. Whatever your desires are, this home will deliver.

You will be in the heart of Keystone! Parallel to River Run and everything it has to offer! You can see the slopes from your living room! Neighborhood is very safe and family friendly!

We want you to enjoy your vacation but please remember at all times that this is somebody`s home and we expect you to treat it as if it were your own. No smoking. Please remove shoes and ski boots upon entering the home.

1. Agreement: 5 Diamond Lodging, INC (“5 Diamond Lodging”), the Owner and Guest agree as follows: Above Guest is an adult over the age of 25 and will be an occupant of the property during the entire reserved period. Other occupants will be family members, friends, or responsible adults. Use of the premises will be denied to persons not falling within the foregoing categories and as a result will have to vacate the property immediately without any refund. No keys will be issued to anyone who is not an adult.

2. Cancellations: Cancellations 61 days or more will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellation within 60 days of arrival: Deposit is forfeited.

3. Security Deposit: The signer of this Agreement agrees to Pay 5 Diamond Lodging the full rental price, which includes a security deposit/damage waiver. A security deposit will be collected for all stays in our executive properties, which must be paid separately and in full by Credit Card approval 30 days prior to check-in. Any damages, losses or excessive cleaning charges incurred by the signer or anyone in signer’s group will be withheld from your security deposit. The security deposit will be refunded after a routine inspection of the property has been made and no damage has been discovered. Agreeing to these terms you alone agree to accept responsibility for full payment of your reservation and the integrity of the property rented.

4. Check In: Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Early check-in times are allowed only when the property is cleaned and ready for occupancy and prior approval through 5 Diamond Lodging is required.

5. Check out: Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Prior approval by 5 Diamond Lodging is required for a late check-out. Please leave all keys, remote controls and garage door openers (if issued) at the location. A replacement fee will be charged for each lost key, remote control or garage door opener if misplaced.

6. Cleaning: Each property will be inspected and cleaned after your departure. The rental fee you have paid will provide for a normal cleaning so that you can enjoy your vacation right up to the last moment.

Amazing location and gorgeous home

We stayed at this property for a family ski vacation with our kids. The location is unbeatable, easy walk with ski gear even for our kids to the river run gondola. The house was beautiful and well stocked for cooking/grilling. Plenty of space for everyone and beautifully furnished. Would absolutely stay here again.

Truly amazing property - slightly misleading photos!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property and cannot wait to stay again. It was by far the best equipped home we have ever rented (pots/pans/etc) and was wonderfully run (clean, easy check in, everything works). It is definitely walkable to the slopes - though if you're sore and have a nice family member it's only a 1 minute drive to get dropped off/picked up too!) My only negative comment is the photos are slightly misleading as the entire top floor and roof deck is part of the owners suite and not accessible. So do not plan on having access to the roof deck as seen in the photos! Still one of our favorite properties we've ever stayed in!!

Great Family Friendly Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Edge. It is a very well designed home in every way. The layout worked perfectly for our family including our 15 months old grandson. The kitchen/living area/dining room combo is very large and inviting. The kitchen was well appointed and allowed for many cooks in the space without getting in each others way. Considering how close the home is to River Run Village, it still felt like we had a great deal of privacy, and the views from every room were stupendous. Everyone, especially the skiers in the group, liked the convenience of being able to walk to the village so there was not the hassle of having to load up the car and/or find parking. We definitely hope to be able to stay at this property again in the future.

Incredible stay!!!

We had an amazing time at The Edge! The beds were so comfortable, the house was magnificent and the skiers in our group loved the quick walk over to Keystone Resort! We never had to worry about parking because the house is so close (if it was any closer to the slopes we would be on them)! This place is a must rent! We will be back!

Management and homeowner are untrustworthy. Too many other options to risk your vacation with them.

I'm not really one for writing reviews but hopefully I can save someone from having to go through the same experience with these folks. Blaming visitors for maintenance issues and keeping their money to pay for maintenance issues is unprofessional and dishonest. I will also say that the property itself is beautiful. Like other reviews have noted, The open floor plan and large kitchen were amazing. The Edge property has a water leak problem. When we arrived to the home the first night, the floor in the basement room was slightly damp but with the excitement of checking out the house and heading out to eat we did not think too much about it at the time. After the shower/bathroom in that room got used several times, we noticed that our bags on the floor and the carpet were wet. We made a call into the office (which said they were closed, during business hours) and left a voicemail with the emergency option provided. No return call. The following day we made 2 more calls (office also closed during business hours) before anyone got back to us mid day. Most of our time during the trip was spent on the mountain skiing. The water issue, while kind of annoying, wasn't enough to ruin our trip. The problem was with the owner of the home and management calling us liars and treating us as if we were to blame for the water problem. I really am shocked at how it's being handled. The fact that they are keeping a very large deposit is crazy. I had a great time on the trip. My friends and family with us did as well. It was my son's first time skiing and by the end of the trip we had him skiing Wild Irishman and Go Devil. Even with the water problem, I could easily give 5 stars. But the way we were treated on the backend by Julie with 5 Diamond and the homeowner was very unprofessional. There are so many options for accommodations in the area. I highly recommend not taking the chance with 5 Diamond Lodging. I can't attach them here, but I will make a post on 5 Diamond google review and attach some pictures and screenshots.

Spectacular place in Keystone

We spent my wife's 40th at The Edge and did not want to leave. We cooked meals every night. Amazing kitchen! There are so many places to sit and hang out it was awesome. The bedrooms have their own private bathroom so each couple had privacy. It felt like a 5 star hotel! We will be back!

Perfect

We loved staying at this home. Best views in Keystone period! We had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. We were able to walk to River Run Village and enjoy all the restaurants when we didn't feel like cooking but when we did, the kitchen had everything you could possibly want. This house has everything!

Gorgeous interior with best mountain views!

This home is impeccable! Beautifully appointed and everything you could ask for. Breathtaking view of the mountain, gorgeous furnishings, comfortable beds, and amazing kitchen. Great place to hang out and relax in front of the fire, or cook a meal with friends or family. Lots of space for a large group, walking distance to the gondola, and so comfortable. Just can't say enough!
