With 3 kids, we utilized the ski lockers (and hot tub of course). We had the key break off in the ski locker and help responded quickly so it never interrupted our plans. We arrived on Saturday afternoon to find out the the mountain was closing at 8pm that evening (that morning Vail resorts had published it was staying open). We changed our tickets to fly home as EVERYTHING was closed. Host was difficult and said "well you chose to leave early"...yes because I came here to SKI and there is no skiing. We did finally agree to a financial resolution but they have some very shifty "fees" here... The unit itself is average. Cleaning ok. Pillows are HORRENDOUS.
