This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom sleeps 8 across a King and Queen bed in the primary and a Full-over-Queen bunk bed. This penthouse condo is located within 5 minutes of Keystone Resort and River Run Village. Upon entering, guests will be greeted with a spacious living room with vaulted ceilings and ample seating. Cozy up next to the gas fireplace and enjoy a night in with a stereo system, making your movie into a premier. Next to the living room is a large, private balcony with seating. To the left of the living room is a large dining room that seats 8 with board games tucked in the shelves toward the back. The full kitchen has granite countertops and is fully equipped with everything you might need for home cooked meals and the breakfast bar is available for extra seating. The pictures of landscapes scattered throughout the condo really brings a pop of color to the sturdy, wooden furniture. The first bedroom features a Full-over-Queen bunk bed, TV and views of the surrounding trees. The primary bedroom has large, ample windows with natural light and nature views. This room features a King bed and en suite bathroom with double sinks and a walk-in closet. The third bedroom is upstairs in the loft which has just as much windows and natural light. The Queen bed faces the views and the en suite bathroom has double sinks and a walk-in shower. The Lodgepole complex has paved sidewalks throughout the complex and gives the feeling of serenity while still being close to Keystone activities such as golf, a bike path and Keystone Resort. A free shuttle stop is located at the front of the complex for easy transportation. (For additional sleeping options, air mattresses are available upon request for a small fee.) Please note: To reserve this property, the reservation holder must be at least 24 years old at the time of booking. \*This property requires a minimum of 2 nights to be reserved. Jan 15, 2023 Liked: Check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Brief review This is a very nice condo and super close to everything you will want to do. Keystone skiing is a 5 min drive and all other amenities. Check in and out was a breeze and the space is very roomy and cozy. There are only two recommendations that I would add. There should be nicer bathroom rugs and the carpets could use a deep cleaning. I really appreciated the linens and great pillows. After a long day of skiing, it’s important to be able to sleep well. Property manager brought in a mini fridge to get us through the food storage issue but the other issues were an inconvenience for sure. Fortunately we spent our days on the mountain. It has everything you need for your stay. There are beautiful views out the windows on both sides of the condo. I stayed upstairs and had a whole front of windows. I fell asleep looking at the stars and the moon and woke up to blue skies and snow covered mountains.The carpet did show a little wear and tear but overall the place was super clean. Very tasteful decorations and great cozy fireplace. Beds were very comfortable.It is close to everything, the shuttle to the lifts is right infront of the entrance. But there were several issues.1) the guestbook link that was sent ONE day prior was broken and didn’t work.2) I wish that it was more clear that it was on the 3rd floor with no elevator. 3) the internet kept kicking bud off and finally called Maitenance and they couldn’t even get it fixed4) the freezer was broken and wouldnt freeze so we never had ice despite making nice trays and never freezing5) the fridge also never got cold enough so our groceries weren’t safe to eat ##### Stephanie B. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay, the location is great and the apartment has everything you need for your stay, including cooking utensils, beds are very comfortable and there was room for everybody in our group. Just a few steps to the river, bike, and hiking trails. The unit has no AC so it was on the hot side during our stay, but having the windows open helped a lot. It is worth mentioning that the unit is on the third floor and the stairs are steep, and there is one more floor to go to the loft inside the apartment, which can be a problem if you have seniors or people not used to the altitude in your party. Overall the apartment was great, except for a few dining chairs that are loose and the carpet that had several stains.
