Called to report several times and we were told there was no estimated time for repair or fix. The entire stay was cold with only a spxace heater to warm the room and absolutely no warm or hot water what so ever. Lots of annoying little things that added up. Plus you only get 2 entry cards. We had a family of 4 with 2 teenagers n pullout was too small (full), would be better for little kids or a couple. Worked great for our group of 2 kids and 2 adults for sleeping and eating. The table was comfortable for us to play hours of card games at. We did not use the TVs. A few key items: Pictured is a traditional drip coffee maker - BUT the only one they have in the place is a Keurig. They confirmed that what they offered was different than what was pictured and seemed to consider both to be equal “coffee makers”. Plan accordingly. There was only one keycard in the lockbox and Vacasa confirmed this was correct. This created several challenges for us as we often split up (one kid gets tired or one adult runs to the grocery while the other skis with kids - in this case one part of the party cannot access the lobby and/or garage). If you are a group that sometimes splits during the day I would recommend another location. ##### Caroline R.
