Make yourself at home in the spacious living room in front of your roaring gas fireplace, or cuddle up and watch a movie on the 46 inch flat screen TV. The well appointed kitchen is perfect for entertaining with the open floor plan. You will love the smell of the pine board floors adorning the entire living area. Cook all of your meals at home and serve your family of 8 at the dining room table. There is a propane grill on the balcony and a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. The primary bedroom takes up the entire top floor. It features a queen size bed, walk in closet, and a flat screen TV. The vaulted ceilings are great for letting in the wonderful sunshine through all the windows. The en suite bathroom features double sinks, separate water closet, walk in glass shower, and a soaking tub with a huge window that has mountain views. There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor. One bedroom features a queen size bed and a private patio entrance to the back side of the town home. The other bedroom features 2 twin beds. We loved the high ceilings and all the windows. Our skiers walked to the lifts. It was probably a quarter mile walk or maybe a bit more. It’s close to a shuttle stop as well - maybe a 3 or 4 minute walk.We had a couple of small issues but the maintenance team addressed them very quickly. It doesn’t advertise a pack and play, high chair, or toddler eating utensils but there were some there. ##### Sarah H. The ceiling vent in the lower bedroom was hanging off, a floor vent in the dining room was loose and backing up the chair meant the chair/person falling, the mechanism for the living room window popped off, the lower floor has a step up/down that isn’t cleared marked (signs, etc.) so three different people fell, couldn’t find a garage door opener, there’s a sign in the house that says there is a pool and hot tub but we couldn’t find it, the first floor shower/tub was clogged, we found dirty socks under both beds in the first floor bedroom with the single beds, there was an air mattress in the master closet but the pump didn’t work, the kitchen sink faucet was loose, all the paper towels, toilet paper and tissues were 1-ply, we received 1 tiny bottle of dish washer fluid and the house echoes while the tv doesn’t have surround sound so it’s challenging to use the tv. We were a large party of seven looking for a spacious accommodation with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. This apartment ticked all the boxes. The bedrooms were roomy with comfortable beds. All rooms had humidifiers which was helpful. The living area was large and well lit. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking essentials.The apartment is under a 5 minute drive to the Keystone ski resort which was very convenient. We had a couple of glitches with a clogged toilet and HVAC but both issues were resolved by the property management team.Highly recommended especially for large groups. The place was spotless and our one call to the management office was quickly resolved. The view was also amazing. There are windows on all sides so you can see the gorgeous sunrise and the ski hills of Keystone. Only areas that could be addressed are relatively small - 1) not enough toilet paper (just spring for a few extra rolls), 2) the pantry area is locked for the owner but no easy place to store food other than counters, 3) walls are thin - so you hear everything. Not sure how to address the 3rd. I was just glad we had no screaming infants. Overall 100% recommend and would stay there again. ##### John A. It was convenient walking distance to Keystone resort and the ski rental shop. The kitchen was well stocked. There were a few areas where the home could have been better kept: The master bathroom shower had to be re-caulked after our request for additional cleaning due to mold and a closet door was broken upon our arrival. The property management company did a nice job quickly fixing these issues, though I would have thought that they should have been addressed prior to our arrival. ##### Marisa V. Great home with plenty of room for a large family Just about a 10 minute walk to the Peru Express. Just across the road from the ski lifts but easy to cross with a crossing light flashing.
