River Run Condo Close to Gondola, Shops and Dining, Scenic Views from Balcony

This 1 bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 6 with a king bed, a sleeper sofa, and a Murphy bed. It features scenic views from the private balcony. Updates in summer of 2020 include new flooring, paint and rugs. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, guests can walk to the high-speed gondola. Red Hawk Lodge offers shared amenities including an outdoor pool and two hot tubs.

The entryway has mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a flat screen TV mounted above a beautiful gas fireplace and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Near the living area is a Murphy bed that can be pulled out from the wall at night for additional sleeping arrangements. Extra linens are in a closet. Just off the living area is the east-facing private balcony that offers scenic views.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats four. The first of two full bathrooms is just off of the kitchen and has a pedestal sink and shower/tub combination. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The primary suite features a king-sized bed with a Tempur-Pedic mattress and a mounted flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has double sinks and a shower/tub combination.

**Ivory White Bedding** This property has been upgraded with ivory white bedding modeled after high-end hotels and resorts. Enjoy the luxury of a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. Featuring an uncompromising and industry leading standard of cleanliness, the duvet covers are laundered after each and every guest stay. The entire bed is remade with fresh, white linens for each guest arrival.

From the homeowner: Two things attracted me to this property: 1) The location being within walking distance of the gondola was a big plus. It’s so nice not to have to put all the equipment in a car and drive someplace. I can just grab my skis out of the ski locker, walk and I’m on the gondola!, 2) The second thing I love is the view through the patio door glass. This unit faces the quiet side of the property, and it’s wonderful being able to wake up, grab a cup of coffee and enjoy the scenic view. Very relaxing!

Overall a great location, walkable to entire resort. Compact kitchen had everything we needed for the entire trip to make most of our dinners. Parking is easy, but the elevator set up makes getting everything to where it needs to go a bit annoying.

Was the best location for our family vacation. The six of us (2 adults 4 kids) fit comfortably in the condo. There is a walking trail behind the property that runs along snake river which we loved exploring! Silverthorne was only 15 minutes away and had a grocery store and plenty of restaurants. Breckenridge is only 30 minutes away and has a free gondola. Would stay here again!!

We were so pleasantly surprised by this lovely place! My 10 year old thought the Murphy bed was the coolest thing ever! So comfortable. So lovely. And a 3 minute walk to the gondola! We will be back.

The couch bed was filthy, couldn't park a second vehicle, so we had to park 2 miles away, and pay for over nite parking and then got a ticket cause they for some reason didn't see that I paid for 3 nites. Beautiful scenery outside of Keystone, will never stay there again.

We are a family of five that often uses VRBO, so I will keep this short, sweet, and simple. Pros: Great optimal location! Condo is 5-10 min walk to gondola and ski lifts, and even river run village. Condo was spacious enough for the 5 of us, it was clean and charming. Balcony view is also a plus! The area was perfect in general and we really enjoyed ourselves. Cons: Check in would've been easier and seamless with a keypad code, as opposed to having to pick it up at a certain location, although pickup location wasn't far from the condo, its just more convenient not to have to carry around a key card. VRBO listed washer/dryer amenity however did not specify it is communal/shared, then to top it off, quarter machine was not working during our stay. Kitchen gadgets could use some sprucing up, there were no oven mits and the knives were terrible. I am the cook in our family and I found it not only unpleasant to cook during our stay, but also difficult with the knives that were provided. We weren't able to control the thermostat because no matter how low we turned the unit at night to sleep comfortably, it was still stuffy and warm. All in all, we enjoyed our stay despite these minor hiccups. We paid for it afterall.

Close to skiing, river run village with shopping, food, and breweries. Quick drive to Dillon for groceries or more shopping. Only complaint was sauna was broken during our entire stay and that was one of our top reasons for choosing this facility. Otherwise, hot tubs and pool were great. Gym was tiny but we didn’t use it so can’t complain.

This is a location we will look to book in the future. We had a great week of skiing at a convenient location with great accommodations. A short walk across the parking lot to the ski lifts and access to the mountain. We also had easy access to Keystone Village to enjoy a night out to eat and access to shopping.

The property was perfect with a second bed that tucked away into the wall. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the utensils and pots/pans. It would have been nice to have some basic cooking oil, rather than having to carry that with us. Otherwise the place was well stocked and exactly at listed. The location is perfectly located next to the ski lift, although we did not ski. The balcony was nice to have when we were stuck inside one day that it was snowing, with a nice fire to sit by. We loved this location and would definitely stay here again!
