This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 6 with two king beds and a queen sleeper sofa. It features an updated kitchen, and mountain views from the private balcony. New flooring and paint throughout. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're a very short walk from the high-speed gondola. Silver Mill offers shared amenities including a sauna and three hot tubs. The spacious entryway has hooks mounted above a bench and shelving for storage of vacation gear. The living area features a large flat screen TV above a beautiful gas fireplace and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Additional sheets and blankets are in the closet. The homeowner has provided a small selection of DVDs and board games for your enjoyment. Large windows line the northeast wall of the condo allowing lots of natural light and beautiful mountain views. The private balcony can be accessed through the living room and features mountain views. The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The dining area comfortably seats six. The first of two full bathrooms is just off of the living area and has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed and a mounted flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. The guest bedroom has a king-sized bed, a mounted flat screen TV and its own entrance to the guest bathroom. Please note: To reserve this property, the reservation holder must be at least 24 years old at the time of booking. You have to awkwardly go off-site down the road to pickup keycards as they haven't modernized the system to use mobile or even pincodes to get in. So the check-in process is a real hassle. They sent a text saying you can request an early check-in though when you inquire they sell it for a fee. It feels like a forced money grab situation as they know that you are stuck sitting around between mountain close and when you go drive off the mountain to collect keycards. It doesn't feel super safe either as the pickup box has an envelope with keycards that are mixed with other guests.This space was alright. The size is pretty nice and its a great layout to hang out. The master shower seems new and is one of the nicest parts of it. They had ample extra blankets and pillows which was superb.The kitchen has standard bowls and plates however no seasoning stuff for cooking like salt. The toilet paper is wafer thin, I've never seen such thin TP before.There are 3 hot tubs right outside which were excellent. However no towels for them. You have to use the few towels given. We were on a 4 night 5 day trip which it says doesn't allow you towel cleaning. So everyone had to shower with the same towel for the hot tub. Not ideal at all.I would say the place is fine but it seems like rather than service first that they're pinching on things so it's not as special as some other spots. ##### Todd L. The location of this property cant be beat. Super easy to get out on the mountain. The condo itself was clean and spacious. Upon arrival the bathroom sink was overflowing. We called the rental office and maintenance was there quickly to fix it. The balcony was covered in a few feet of snow with no shovel so we weren’t able to sit outside even though the weather was beautiful. There was no dust pan so we could sweep but had to be creative on ways to pick it up, no cleaning supplies other than dish soap. All three televisions didn’t work other than for dvds, it would have been nice to know we needed to bring them, there are only a few on site and they are heavily scratched. Overall it was a great trip, but for the money we were a bit disappointed at the lack of working technology and sparse necessities. The grounds and location were well worth it. ##### Melissa V. Easy to walk with kids to village for dinner/breakfast and short walk to Gondola. Spacious bedrooms and living area with great king beds. Fireplace was broken, one of the hot tubs was broken, and the laundry detergent dispenser (on both floors actually) was broken. ##### sara r. Close to elevator and right next to laundry room. However I was disappointed that the fireplace wouldn’t work. And the living room tv only had one channel, and the master bedroom tv didn’t have any channels. One of the living room remotes didn’t even have batteries. The apartment had everything we needed to include all kitchen utensils. Parking was a breeze and the heated underground lot proved useful since a storm rolled in while we were there and the other amenities helped make the trip super enjoyable and memorable. ##### Ryan B.
