It features a private balcony with outdoor seating overlooking the Dakota Lodge pool and hot tub area and incredible slope views beyond that. Plus an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and hardwood flooring. This vacation rental is centrally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and festivities. Plus, you're a short walk from the high-speed gondola. Dakota Lodge offers shared amenities including the largest pool in Keystone with slope views and two oversized hot tubs. The complex is also right next to Dercum Square which features an ice rink during winter and a mini golf course during the summer. The entryway has mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a beautiful gas fireplace, a flat screen TV and a queen-size sleeper sofa. Extra linens are in a closet. The private balcony is just off of the living area and features beautiful slope views to the south. The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and hardwood floors. The dining area comfortably seats four across a beautiful wooden high-top dining table. The bedroom features a king-sized bed on our Ivory White Bedding program, a mounted flat screen TV, full-size mirror and closet for storage. The full bathroom is just across the hall and has a pedestal sink and shower/tub combination. The bathroom comes stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. First of all, property management was really helpful when I thought I might need a late checkout. Communication was great the throughout my stay. This property is on the 3rd floor of Dakota Lodge and it’s within a 5 minute walk to the River Run Gondola. The hot tubs and pool are a quick walk downstairs. No need to walk around to the elevator when the stairway is right outside the front door. The full kitchen allowed me to bring my own food and save some money. The living room area was really great after a long day on the slopes. The fireplace and giant smart tv with Netflix were nice treats. Everything was comfortable and cozy. And there’s a balcony! Only 1 complaint. The enamel on the toilet seat is worn and the wood is showing through. Please replace. Overall, I give the place a 9/10\. I would definitely return. ##### Daniel W. It was clean and had all of the listed items. The only downside was there was no room to store food other than the refrigerator. We had 4 guests total 2 sleepers in the bedroom and 2 on the pullout couch. There was a loud fan noise coming from the wall in the living room making it hard to sleep. There was also a clanging sound coming from somewhere in the bedroom also making it hard to sleep. Other then those things it was a lovely place to stay with great proximity to dining and the slopes. ##### Kacie W. The unit was well equipped with a nice balcony and great views. Really enjoyed the gas fireplace. The 430 check in time is a bit late, but it worked out for us.
