This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom ground floor condo sleeps 6 with a king bed, a queen bed, and a queen sleeper sofa. It features an updated kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There is a private patio with partial slope views in the distance. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're a very short walk from the high-speed gondola. Expedition Station offers shared amenities including a pool and a hot tub. The entryway offers mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a flat screen TV above a beautiful gas fireplace and a cozy sectional. There is a queen-sized sleeper bed. Additional sheets and blankets are in a closet. Just off the living area is the private patio. Take in the fresh mountain air and enjoy the partial slope views in the distance. The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The breakfast bar comfortably seats four. The first of two full bathrooms is located just off of the living area and has a pedestal sink and a shower/tub combination. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed with Ivory White Bedding and a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has double sinks, a shower/tub combination and a door separates the toilet area for added privacy. The guest bedroom features a queen-sized bed with Ivory White Bedding and a flat screen TV. \*Please note the Expedition Station HOA will begin charging $8 a day for parking starting November 1st, 2025\* Please note: To reserve this property, the reservation holder must be at least 24 years old at the time of booking. \*\*Ivory White Bedding\*\* This property has been upgraded with ivory white bedding. We had to open windows to cool the condo down. Room for improvements: no dresser/drawers in either bedroom with only a small cluttered closet in each made the bedrooms feel cramped and uncomfortable. The showers drain very slow. Location and parking are good as expected. Only problem was the wifi didn't exist--we ended up logging on to other units which worked but felt a bit wrong (this was actual rec from rental agency so....). Gear locker is a great idea. Place was nice. Just a few little things need attention like a lamp that was broken, faucet handle broken, and the oven door wouldn’t stay shut. Views are nice, fireplace is good, balcony is cool, beds are nice. I would stay again.
