This two-level, 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhouse sleeps 7 with a king bed, a queen bed, and three twin beds. It features hardwood flooring, an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, plus an in-unit washer and dryer. All of Keystone’s attractions are close by, yet just far enough away to ensure peace and quiet. With southerly exposure and wall-to-wall windows, the High Rockies sunlight greets you in the morning and fills the rooms until sundown. Tennis Townhomes offers shared amenities, including an outdoor heated pool next to a clubhouse with a hot tub, sauna, and changing rooms. Keystone’s lifts can be accessed by a quick shuttle ride. One of Keystone’s two golf courses is only 2 miles away. Lakeside Village, Keystone Lodge & Spa, and the Keystone Conference Center are all within walking distance—close enough that guests have the option to walk home from the Conference Center during breaks. Arapahoe Basin Ski Resort is only 6 miles up the road. The towns of Dillon, Silverthorne, and Frisco are all within a 10 to 20-minute drive. Breckenridge and Copper Mountain are both within 30 minutes. The sunken living area has new flooring, updated furnishings, and two seating areas with two flat-screen TVs, plus access to the deck and green space through double glass doors. A new couch enhances the sunken living area for comfort and style. The updated kitchen is fully stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make meals away from home and features new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The updated main level guest bathroom is just down the hall, offering a brand-new twin bed with a new trundle and a mounted flat-screen TV. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The updated primary bedroom and the first guest bedroom are on the upper level with southerly exposure and mountain views. The primary bedroom features a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and an updated private bathroom. The guest bedroom offers one queen bed, one twin bed, and a flat-screen TV. The updated upper-level guest bathroom is located across the hallway. The washer and dryer are located on the lower level. The living space was large and comfortable. Good proximity to pool/hot tub. Shuttle is conveniently located. Unfortunately, the unit smelled awful when we arrived- Like burnt cooking, fish or something of that sort. The carpet in living area is heavily stained, laundry door missing handle, bedroom door wouldn’t shut all the way. The pool area did not have any towels so we had to use and wash our unit towels each day. Location to mountain is close but if you are going to stay on a weekend or peak time, be prepared for traffic and wait time to get to mountain. ##### Allison K. Our kids could just go right outside to play in the snow and we were close to everything. Easy check-in process and the beds and linens were so well stocked. Probably one of the best rentals we have had from that perspective. Kitchen was great and functional and the common areas were large and comfortable. When we inquired about a pack and play, the management company said there would be an extra charge, so we bought our own, but when we arrived, there was one provided already. The townhouse was very comfortable for sleeping and relaxing together in the living room. The pillows could be a little firmer (personal preference) . The pool, jacuzzi and sauna are awesome. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils needed. Great location for skiing Keystone . Would not recommend for some with disabilities due to steps going to condo. ##### Steven G. We have stayed in other units in this complex and this unit was far superior to the others. So clean and beautifully decorated - even my daughter loved all the whimsical artwork and having so many sitting areas was awesome. Window shades and blackout curtains were key since morning sun is so bright. Such a perfect location to the pool which is a favorite for our family. We just love Keystone for convenience to bike trails and the fact that crowds are a lot less than other towns in the area! Just a perfect and relaxing time away and we cannot wait to book our next trip! ##### Danita G. Fun artwork everywhere you look, some games and toys for the kids, close proximity to the pool and easy walk under the pedestrian bridge to the lake village. Beds were comfortable. I wish check-in could have been earlier, but you can pay a small fee and arrange that if possible. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Fyi, there are a few metal stairs and walkway down to the condo from the parking area. If anyone is mobility limited, it might make access challenging. ##### Nicole T. We had two families in this condo and we had plenty of room for four adults and two kids. The kitchen had plenty of plates, utensils, etc. Everything was clean and organized. The only problem we had was there was no light in the small bedroom downstairs. We could not figure out how to turn on the lamps by the bedside and ended up moving a lamp from the living room. ##### Kristy P. We had four adults and four young (under 7) children and the place was plenty roomy for all of us. Setup is cozy and good for relaxing. Kitchen has everything you need to cook full meals as desired. Location is good - 3 minute drive to the main parking lots at Keystone and about 100 yards from the North satellite lot if you just want to catch a shuttle to the slopes. Check-in process was well-describedand easy enough to follow. Staff was responsive with any questions we had. Would certainly stay here again for a long weekend staycation! ##### Joseph F.
