It features a private one car garage equipped with a EV charger and private laundry. The deck offers beautiful treed views with mountains in the distance. With the resort shuttle picking up nearby you’re just minutes from the gondola, shopping, restaurants and festivities. Ski Tip offers shared amenities including an oversized, centrally located hot tub. Guests of Ski Tip also have access to the Dakota Lodge pool and hot tub. The entryway has mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features an entire wall of windows allowing lots of natural light and vaulted ceilings lend to the overall spaciousness. There is a large mounted Smart TV, a gas fireplace, and cozy furnishings. The couch has a sleeper sofa for extra sleeping arrangements. Just off the living area is access to the deck with beautiful views. The deck opens up onto green-space, perfect for outside play and building snowmen. The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and has stainless steel appliances. The dining area seats six with three additional seats at the breakfast bar. On the main level is a half bath with a pedestal sink and toilet. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. Near the half bath is the private laundry and detergent is provided for your convenience. Both bedrooms are upstairs. The spacious primary suite features a king-sized bed on our Ivory White Bedding program and a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination with jets. The guest bedroom features a twin-over-queen bunk bed on our Ivory White Bedding program and a flat screen TV. The home was clean, with nice appliances and a great view out of the living room. It's not very big, but certainly suitable for a family of five, and there is plenty of space for gear near the entry. We had a few issues, nothing major, such as a drain in the bath that was backing up, and they fixed it immediately. They were very responsive and helpful, which you don't always get with VRBO's. I wish they had a hot tub on the premises, but it's a short walk (a couple of buildings down the road). Overall, I would recommend it. ##### Sean B. We rented this townhome for the EV charger. Our Tesla would not charge on the included garage EV charger. This was brought to managements attention our first night of arrival. We stayed for 3 nights and got the run around from management about the EV charger or no response at all. They did not communicate or fix the issue we had with the property as it was brought to their attention daily. They sent us a code for the key that didn't work, we called the one number was available and sent text messages. We had to sleep inside our rental car. Four people in a compact car so you can imagine. Around 7:30 am we called them again because the online page says that they open at 8 am. Gorge called us back and sent a maintenance lady to open the door finally. The house is good and they have everything you need but they sent us the wrong code and wrong directions to get in. We were sent an additional code to ensure we could enter and exit the rental for the rest of our stay. They do not understand that they sent the wrong code to enter. Be aware if you are checking in the instructions are vague and do not include any of the information you'll need to get into the rental. MAKE sure you get multiple codes to enter or you will be locked out. Also, when you contact management and the office they will blame you for not calling the after hours emergency phone number that isnt listed in order to avoid responsibilty and will not refund you for your missing night. VERY VERY poor communication and lack of customer service is embarrasing. They will blame you and everyone else for their mistakes. Good luck. ##### Bryan C. They were all hazy like they haven’t been cleaned sll season. Especially since this property’s main view was east facing. And they should have at least been cleaned soon after check in as we left for the entire day every day, returning in the late afternoon. ##### David S. The unit was a good location for that being on the east side of Keystone. I thought it was one of the best places I have stayed in Summit County. You can tell the owners and management take great care to make it a pleasant and hassle free experience. Attention to details (knowing what it is like to stay somewhere) were noticeable. Little things like labeling some of the light switches, lots of tissue boxes around, really thorough instructions. Place was very nicely furnished and nice airy design with much natural light. The master bed was very comfortable and the shuttle service to the ski resort was very convenient My suggestions to improve the home is more comfortable couches and lounge chairs and to shovel the back patio so we could of used the grill and sit out there. ##### BRENT S. Hot tub was hard to find in the complex with no guidance. Had to ask handy man for guidance as there were no orientation maps for the complex. Tried twice to use the jacuzzi soaker tub in the unit but there was only enough hot water to fill it 1/3 full. Showering for one person only at a time then 45 min. Wait for more hot water. No welcome book or information in print in the unit on how to run the TV or heating system. The only info available was through QR code on the cell phone. The location was perfect if you want to be away from the crowd...quiet, wooded, and beautiful. Yet it was close enough to the cities and attractions that you could drive to them within 30 minutes at most. If we come back to Keystone someday, we would book this townhome again if available. ##### David I.
