It was a 5 min walk with ski boots 2\. No issues with parking. 3\. It’s 3 bedrooms. 4\. The price was price right. 5\. Fireplace turned on easily. Bad “my opinion”1\. We had to drive to a bar or restaurant 2\. The place had carpet. I recommend linoleum hardwood floors. Even though I’m renting I treat it as my own. I had to tell my peeps “take off your boots”3\.
