It features a private one car garage and private laundry. New owners have redone this condo giving it a sleek, retro mountain vibe. Each reservation is welcomed with a complimentary bottle of wine from the property owners. The spacious deck offers beautiful treed and mountain views, and with the resort shuttle picking up nearby you’re just minutes from the gondola, shopping, restaurants and festivities. Ski Tip offers shared amenities including an oversized, centrally located hot tub. The entryway has mounted hooks and a bench. The living area features an entire wall of windows with beautiful views. Vaulted ceilings lend a spacious feel, and there is a gas fireplace and a large flat screen TV. The homeowners have provided a selection of books, games and DVDs for your enjoyment. Comfy furniture offers plenty of seating, and the sofa pulls out into a queen-sized bed for additional sleeping arrangements. Extra sheets and blankets are in the closet. Just off the living area is access to the wraparound deck with beautiful mountain views. Take advantage of the patio table that seats eight and enjoy the crisp mountain air. The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The dining area features a reclaimed wood table that can seat 10 with four additional seats at the breakfast bar. On the main level is a half bath with toilet and pedestal sink. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. All three bedrooms are upstairs. The spacious primary bedroom has a new King Size, Green Tea Cooling Gel Memory Foam Mattress, Ivory White Bedding, a flat screen TV and a window seat with beautiful views. The en suite bathroom features two pedestal sinks, built-in cabinetry, a jetted tub and a separate shower with glass enclosure. The first guest bedroom has a full-over-full bunk bed with Ivory White Bedding and a twin-sized trundle. The homeowners have named this room "A Kids' Paradise" as it features a mounted flat screen TV, Blu-ray player and a selection of movies. It is just down the street from River Run at Keystone. You can catch a free shuttle to ski. Or, if you go early enough in the day, you can drive and park for free in the main parking lot.The location also makes it easy to explore other areas of Summit County.There were a few areas that needed some deeper cleaning, but overall the property was clean and in good shape. There were also a few minor maintenance issues, but they didn’t affect our stay and the management company was very responsive.The kitchen has basic supplies-enough for making breakfast or some basic meals. The 3 bathrooms were very nice to have. We all took showers in the morning and didn’t run out of hot water.The bed in the master is pretty firm. The other beds were average firmness.If you have more than one vehicle, parking can be a challenge. Plan to park one vehicle in the garage. We parked our XT6 with a rooftop carrier in the garage with plenty of room. If you have a larger SUV like a Surbuban, it may not fit and you may need to park in one of the three spaces in the pod or just slightly down the road.The shared hot tub area is next door. It’s a good size and it was clean.If we come back to the Keystone area we would stay here again. ##### Josh R. House was roomy and exactly as pictured. Property Management was very responsive to my needs. City Market and other stores are about a 10 minute drive from the home. Thoroughly enjoyed our time here and think it could be even better if: 1) The kitchen supplies/utensils were more robust. While the house does come stocked with the usual pots, plates, and flatware, it is limited in the number of pots and matching lids, could benefit from a toaster oven (has a toaster) and additional flatware. 2) Also would like to have had a swifter wet/dry mop made available, especially for those with extended stay. The front of the house is gravel and while we removed our shoes once inside the house, the floors tend to get dusty fast, especially since we kept our windows opens during the day. 3) renters could control the heating system. While we turned the heat down to as low as it could go, invariably, the heat somehow always run at night. Overall, we enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend to our friends and family. Séjour de 6 nuits en juillet 2021 ### 2/10 – Terrible #### Hannah R. 2 août 2021 Points forts : Propreté #### Deflated Master Bed and Gas Leak I waited a few weeks to write my review to see if we could resolve the issues we encountered while staying at this property, but ultimately we were not able to come to a resolution. My parents, husband, and infant baby booked this property to stay to have a "nice" place to stay for my sister's wedding weekend. Unfortunately, upon our Friday evening arrival, the master bed was completely sunken and unusable, so my elderly parents had to sleep in the bunk beds (the night before their daughter's wedding). We emailed maintenance team that evening, but it was late so we did not get a response that evening. They responded the next day and had the maintenance team come over and identify that the issue was that the bed needed to be inflated (an inflatable bed is not exactly what we perceived as "nice"). Once that was resolved, we noticed there was a gas smell, and we were unable to use the kitchen oven for the remainder of the weekend. This was highly inconvenient as we were planning to use the oven to make breakfast for the wedding party the morning after the wedding. It was also very concerning having our infant baby sleep with a gas leak. When trying to resolve the issue and get a refund, the company insisted that a refund of $75 (of our over $800 booking) would be fair and they wanted me to sign a waiver saying that by accepting the $75 was acknowledging that this was fair compensation (they also said it would take up to 30 days to receive the $75). This obviously did not compensate us for the large inconveniences, so I declined the offer. We will not be rebooking with this company ever again. ##### Hannah R. As soon as we walked it, we fell in Love. Its absolutely Beautiful. It feels like a Home. Its perfect for Families. The rooms and beds are really comfortable! We had 3 Adults and 2 Children. The scenery is stunning. I also Loved how quite it was. If I were to suggest anything, it would be roll down blinds for living area. The Sun beams through which is beautiful, however when your trying to sit by the fire and watch a Movie, you can hardly watch the movie, bc of the glare from the windows. It was very accessible to the ski shuttle. There are two shuttle busses for this complex, so it just depends which one you are closer to, as to which one you use. Tons of space in this condo. Nice big Master, then a bunk room and a guest room. Very well stocked kitchen. The management company is super responsive and communicate often. The only issue we had was the ice maker wasn't working and the ice trays had no ice in them. (it was a temporary problem.) ##### teri h. Loved this property and the location. The decor was perfect for a ski tip townhouse. Communication was stellar. I’d love to go back and bring my whole family! Shortly before we arrived we were told the washer and dryer wasn't working. Rather than offering us a different place or a discount on the price they made note I didn't think we would need it. Another staff I spoke with said they usually comp for not providing all the amenities and he would make a note to ask the supervisor. When I followed up on this I was told they would not comp us, and if we needed they would open up yet another unit to give access for laundry (not convenient).
